Access RapidIdentity
With RapidIdentity installed either on-premises, on a virtual machine, or on a cloud server only, a service account is necessary to authenticate to RapidIdentity since RapidIdentity is not currently pointed to a directory service.
Follow these steps to access the Configuration Module:
Open a web browser and navigate to http(s)://[server]/ui/configuration.
Authenticate with these credentials.
username: idauto::admin
password: idautoAdmin
A successful authentication displays the Configuration module's main screen.
Change the password for the idauto::admin login by navigating to Configuration > General > Settings > Authentication. Choose Update Password and enter the desired password for this step.
