Roles

The Roles functionality gives administrators a way to assign system roles/permissions in RapidIdentity to members of particular LDAP groups.

To change an existing role assignment, click the Details option in the rightmost field.

This opens the Details sidebar, which can be edited to include or exclude users with Static or Dynamic filters.

To see which members are included in a particular role, click Members. There is an option to exclude disabled accounts from the role in the Role Details menu's Exclude Disabled Accounts checkbox.

Note

After any changes have been made to System Roles, make sure to sync the roles in question with changes.
