Studio Workflow
Proper initial configuration of RapidIdentity Studio is critical to data flow. These are the main workflow steps that need to be taken to set up RapidIdentity Studio.
Import a Data Provider from the Catalog.
Note
A Custom Provider can also be created and used.
Configure the new Provider, paying close attention to the settings in Configuration and System Credentials. The Record Mappings and Field Definitions should be preset.

The information for these sections will be provided to you by the vendor.
Click Save.
Run the Provider job to populate the Data Explorer.
Note
Once the job finishes running, check the History and Logs to verify data population and troubleshoot if necessary.
To further verify data population, search for one of the Provider types in the Data Explorer.
Run the Metaverse Template Jobs associated with the Provider.

To further verify data population, search for one of the Metaverse types in the Data Explorer.
Next, import a Data Consumer from the Catalog.
Configure the new Consumer, paying close attention to the settings in System Credentials.
Note
The endpoints and authentication credentials needed to access the information are set by the vendor.
Run the Consumer jobs associated with the application.
Note
Once the job finishes running, check the History and Logs to verify data population and troubleshoot if necessary.
To further verify data population, search for one of the Consumer types in the Data Explorer.
