Logins Frequency

The Logins Frequency page has two separate views: one for Students and one for Staff. The data displayed will be relevant to the chosen User Type.
Users With Successful Logins

The first widget shown in the Logins Frequency page is actually three displays in one and can be displayed for Staff or Students based on the category selected. The initial Prior Day widget represents the number of that user type's logins for the previous day, and the percentage of active users those logins represent overall. This Week and Last Week behave similarly, with the total number of logins for each time period and what percentage of those logins were the selected user type from the overall logins. This widget has a Jump-To Dashboard accessible by left-clicking the widget.

The User (Student or Staff) Logins Jump-To Dashboard contains three widgets to more granularly represent the data for this category.
Last Successful User Logins

This widget displays the number of successful logins by user type for yesterday's data (12am-12pm on the previous day). There is a jump-to dashboard on this feature

Note
This value is based on the single date of the last successful login for that user and is not cumulative. A user whose last successful login was this week but did not have a successful login yesterday will not show up in Yesterday's count, etc.
Top 5 Days over the Last 30 Days

The Top 5 Days over the Last 30 days widget shows which days for that user type were more active with login. This graph shows which days of the week have more active users in that user type and function identically for Staff and Students.
Top 5 Grades/Schools Over the Last 30 Days
This graph varies depending on whether you are in Student view or Staff view.

This shows the grade levels with the most successful logins in that user type since the grade attribute only applies to the Student user type. Each column can be drilled into for School Type or Name, Grade Level, and First Name.

For Staff, this chart shows the top 5 schools with the most logins over the last 30 days. There is no drill-down or Jump-To capability for this widget, but using the filters in the right column will narrow down the data as needed.
