SSO Portal
The SSO Portal allows an administrator to provide an improved user experience for students, teachers, and parents with a simplified and responsive interface. The administrator will have the ability to create multiple Personas that can be configured with different applications and themes. Themes can be created to further customize the look and feel of each Persona by allowing the administrator to change the logo, favicon, and title of the portal.

Creating the Portal Experience
In order to create the full Portal experience for Teachers, Students, and Parents, you'll need to follow this order:
Create or import the new user(s) in the People module.
Note
Ensure the user doing this has the Portal Sponsor role.
If using Role-Based Access Control, create a Role and add the new users to it. Ensure that the Role name is something easy to understand during role assignments.
Create a Theme with a Title, Logo, Favicon, and Portal name.
Create Personas that will represent the different user sets (Student, Parent, or Teacher) within the SSO Portal. Assign the Theme created in Step 3 to this Persona.

Also, at this point, add the Applications that you want each user in the Persona to be able to access.
Navigate to the Applications module and ensure each application you have assigned to a Persona that has the appropriate role or assigned in Static Include or an appropriate attribute access control. This will ensure that the included users see the Portal experience instead of a regular RapidIdentity interface.
