Forgot My Password
If the Forgot Password policy includes the option, there will be a Forgot Password? dialog that can be used to reset the user's password.
Enter your username in the field provided. If you cannot remember your username and continue to receive errors, click Back and go to the Forgot My Username menu.
If the Challenge Questions are the enabled authentication method for the Forgot Password policy, you will be prompted to answer your preset Challenge Questions. The policy applied to the user defines how many will be presented. There may be other required steps, based on the Forgot Password policy set up for this user's account.
Enter a new password that you will remember for future authentication. Follow any listed policy requirements.
A confirmation screen will appear to verify the password has been successfully changed. Click Go to authenticate with the new password.
